Our Fee Schedule
Our normal fee is $250 an hour for attorneys and $100 an hour for paralegals/interns. The following chart for our sliding scale is based on the federal poverty guidelines for 2022. If you are above or below the income guidelines listed below, there may be special requirements that will have to be met before we can take your case. Contact us for more details.

(Third-Party costs such as police reports, background checks, guardian ad litem fees, discovery costs, and any other additional expenses must be paid for over and above this cost.) Our normal up-front retainer is for 10 hours of billable work. It is important to know that if you cannot regularly and consistently access and respond to email, we will not be able to take you on as a client.
One-Time Flat Fee: Some case types are done on a one-time flat fee basis at the discretion of the Attorneys. The most common case types that we offer flat-fees for are Adoptions, Criminal matters, Expungements, and Landlord/Tenant litigation. Ask for more detail about flat fees at your consultation
